A virtual clinic for dementia care.

Remo Health is a virtual clinic for dementia care: neurologists, geriatricians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and care navigators who diagnose and manage all types of dementia, with everyday support for people living with it and those who care for them. I was responsible for the web platform for dyads, the person with dementia and their carer, and for clinicians, for the overall design system, and for direct pull requests and code contributions.
